Joining

Register in the app to apply. Juan manually reviews admission requests. A registered account does not automatically grant access.

Preparing your wardrobe

Upload a photo and give permission for garment processing. Juan reviews it before the image-generation and manual preparation steps. Your photo does not immediately become a finished wheel item. Processing time depends on the review queue.

Report a problem

Use Settings → report a concern, or report from a friend’s profile. Our target is to review reports within 24 hours. You can block a person immediately in their profile.

Delete your account

Use Settings → request account deletion. Applicants waiting for admission have the same option on their waiting screen. Our completion target is 30 days; requests are handled manually. Contact us if you cannot sign in. We must verify the request before removing personal data.

Account recovery

Username-only accounts cannot receive an ordinary password-reset email. Contact us from a mailbox you control and provide your username. Never send a password, API key or authentication code. We will arrange identity verification; knowing a username alone is not sufficient to take over an account.
