Information we use
- Account and admissionUsername, display name, unique authentication and wardrobe-profile IDs, admission status, account preferences, and an email address or international phone number used for verification, sign-in and recovery. Password authentication and verification codes are handled by Supabase. Older username-only accounts use an internal email-shaped identifier until a recovery contact is added.
- Sign in with AppleWhere this option is available and you choose it, Apple supplies an identity token and a stable account identifier to Supabase, together with the email address you choose to share. That may be an Apple private-relay address. Armariodi requests the email scope, not your Apple Account password.
- WardrobeGarment photos you upload, generated or manually prepared garment images, clothing details and source/processing records, saved outfits, and wear/calendar records.
- Social featuresProfile photo and its visibility setting, username searches, friend requests and codes, sharing settings, copied-garment provenance, blocks, and reports.
- Apple WeatherThe city or region you select and its fixed latitude and longitude. Armariodi does not request your device's GPS location. An account-linked monthly request count enforces the service allowance, but it contains no coordinates or forecast history.
- Service operationPhoto-consent records, admission and processing status, support and deletion requests, aggregate success/failure counters, security information and technical diagnostics. Hosting and authentication providers may also process connection information such as IP address, browser or device information, and request timestamps.
- On your deviceThe app may keep a sign-in session, consent choice, deletion-status receipt, preferences, and a local cache of wardrobe images for performance. Signing out clears the app's wardrobe-image cache; other local records may remain until the app's data is cleared or the app is removed.

Why we use it
We use this information to authenticate accounts, review applications, provide and secure the wardrobe service, prepare garments, save and share the content you request, show weather for your selected place, answer reports and support requests, and process account deletion.
We do not sell personal information, show behavioural advertising, or include advertising trackers in the app.
03
Garment photos and AI
Garment uploads are stored in Supabase and reviewed by Juan. With your explicit garment-upload permission, a photo may be sent to OpenAI to generate a prepared garment image. Manual review and PSD preparation can then continue on the operator's local computer. Photos can include people, homes or other surroundings, so upload only material you have permission to share.
You can withdraw permission for garment photos that are still waiting for processing in Settings. Withdrawal cannot recall a request already sent, and it does not by itself delete an uploaded photo or previously generated result. Profile and calendar photos are separate from this garment-generation workflow. Armariodi does not use uploaded photos to train its own landmark model.

Apple Weather
Armariodi displays weather supplied by Apple Weather through WeatherKit. When you request a forecast, the selected place's coordinates pass through an authenticated Supabase Edge Function to Apple. The request sent onward to Apple contains the selected coordinates and Armariodi's WeatherKit credentials, not your Armariodi username or wardrobe-profile ID.
The Edge Function can keep a forecast in temporary memory for up to 10 minutes so repeated requests for the same selected place do not call Apple again. Coordinates and forecast results are not written to Armariodi's weather-usage tables. The database stores the number of new WeatherKit calls made by your account in the current calendar month, plus short-lived service-wide rate-limit totals; these counters are removed with your account.
Weather information can be delayed or inaccurate and must not be relied on for emergency or life-saving decisions.

Providers
- SupabaseAuthentication, verification, database records, Edge Functions and cloud image storage.
- OpenAIGarment-image processing only when the required permission has been recorded.
- AppleApple Weather through WeatherKit and, if you choose it where available, Sign in with Apple.
- VercelPublic website hosting and associated technical operation.
- ntfyGeneric operational alerts about work awaiting review. Current alerts omit garment photos, contact details and usernames.
The operator also handles images and processing records in local administration tools. Providers may process information in other countries under their own terms, safeguards and retention practices.
06
Member discovery and sharing
Signed-in, admitted members can search username prefixes and may see another member's display name and username unless a block or deletion restriction applies. Your profile-photo setting controls whether the photo is visible to everyone in the authenticated app, friends only, or only you. “Everyone in the app” does not mean the photo is published openly on the web.
Accepted friends may browse wardrobe content allowed by the service. If “share today's outfit” is enabled, friends may also see today's outfit, but not your full calendar history. A friend can copy an allowed garment into their own wardrobe; that copy, as well as screenshots or files someone already downloaded, may remain after you stop sharing or block the person. Blocking and removing a friendship stop new friend access but cannot recall existing copies.
07
Retention and deletion
Account and wardrobe information is retained while needed to provide the service. Current-month WeatherKit usage is normally replaced when a later month begins. Temporary forecast caching lasts up to 10 minutes. Provider security and request logs follow the relevant provider's retention practices.
Replacing or hiding an image can leave an earlier cloud file, generated output, PSD layer, processing log or backup until it is reviewed and removed. Hiding an item, withdrawing processing permission or removing the app is not the same as deleting your account.
Request account deletion in Settings or from the waiting-admission screen. You can also contact aarrddii.contact@gmail.com. Our completion target is 30 days. Deletion is manually reviewed and must cover the authentication account, database records, cloud media and relevant local processing files. Shared copies, backups, provider-managed retention and any legally necessary retention require separate review; we will explain an applicable exception or delay.
When deletion processing starts, account access and new publication are stopped. A random receipt lets you check progress from the sign-in screen on the device where you requested deletion. A restricted deletion journal retains the receipt, authentication/profile identifiers, dates and cleanup verification so completion can be demonstrated and deleted content is not restored accidentally. It does not retain your password, photos or wardrobe contents.
